We have yet to decide on a charity to which the proceeds of the evening will go, so if you have any suggestions, please get in touch.
The New Year beckons
02/01/2008
Its 2008. Seriously. Where did the year go? Aren't we due Jetpacks by now?
At netcase, we've been busier than ever, but we wouldn't be doing it at all without the clients we work with, to whom we wish a very Happy New Year, and all the best in 2008.
Still, being the new year and all, you might be considering sprucing up your Internet presence. We'd like to help, and be there for you building the ideal website. If you've got a project in the offing, don't hestitate to give us a call, or drop us an email.
Like an early Christmas Present, we get a new staff member
20/12/2007With our beloved Daniel 'Watsie' Watts departing for pastures overseas, we've taken on a new, ruggedly handsome designer (who had no part in describing himself as ruggedly handsome, honestly!), and he has some mighty big boots to fill.
So, because the Internet lacks a drum roll feature, please pretend, and help us welcome Kez Knight into the Netcase Web Solutions fold.
Netcase Charity 'Fiesta'val Raises £1160
06/08/2007
Last Saturday saw the 2007 Netcase Charity party, the 'Fiesta'val. The Netcase team were joined by 60 friends, family and clients for a fantastic Latin American garden party where eating, drinking and dancing were the order of the day. Salsa lessons, pinatas, sangria, a treasure hunt (with a real treasure chest full of gold) and the hottest day of the year so far helped the make the party a huge success. A magnificent South American buffet was laid on as well, and live entertainment and music went on into the night. Some of us had very little sleep!
The result from this fun filled night was £1168.38 raised for From Houses to Homes, to help the rural poor in Guatemala, plus a slightly sore head the following day.
A massive thank-you needs to go out to everyone involved in the organisation of the party as well as those who so generously donated their time and services to the cause. Netcase would also like to thank everyone who attended plus those who couldn't attend but donated money. A great time was had by all and we all look forward to next year!!!
Victory for Netcase in 6-a-side friendly
13/07/2007In preparation for the annual Norwich Research Park 6-a-side tournament, Netcase played their first friendly against Norfolk & Waveney Enterprise Services on the 9th of July at the UEA Sportspark.
It was a closely fought match with the lead changing hands regularly. Team Netcase eventually ended up 9-8 winners, scoring with the last kick of the game.
With the upcoming NRP tournament being put back to September, we now have more time to fit in further friendlies. So if you fancy an hours 6-a-side at the UEA Sportspark, Netcase are open to any challenges from local businesses.
If you would like to get in touch with us to organise a friendly, please contact us on: 01603 450957 or
email us.

A Grand Day Out - Netcase boss kayaks the Grand Canyon
23/05/2007
Netcase Managing Director, Julien Pike, has just returned from the US where he was one of a party of 23 kayakers to paddle the 240 mile stretch of the Colorado river which runs through the Grand Canyon National Park.
The trip, which took fourteen days to complete, involved negotiating in excess of 100 major white water rapids. Also on the expedition was Dan Murphy, who at 15 became the youngest Briton ever to undertake the journey, who Netcase had employed and sponsored in order to help him raise the funds required to join the team.
